Key response
Keys to your property and a user code for your alarm are held at a secure location using coded registration procedures.
If your alarm is activated, our alarm receiving centre will check it out in the normal way. If they get no reply from your property, they will set Key Response in motion and dispatch a fully trained and licensed security officer with your keys.
The security officer will enter the property, unset the alarm and investigate the cause of the activation. If there has been a break-in, the police will be called and if necessary, we will call your nominated building/glazing company to make the property secure. Once this has been completed the alarm system will be re-set, doors locked and the property left secure.

Remote Signalling
We are able to offer a variety of Remote Signalling Options to suit the level of security required. Systems with Remote Signalling are also known as “Monitored” systems.
|

|
Glass breakage detector
The sound of breaking glass or even some vibrations will alert the system to a possible intruder.
|

|
Smoke detectors
We strongly advise the use of smoke detectors when they connected to a monitored system. They are active at all times, even when the system is not set. If they detect smoke they will set off the high decibel internal siren and send unique “fire activation” signals to the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC). The ARC will immediately try to call the premises but if they cannot get a reply within 30 seconds the fire brigade are automatically called to the property – something that can give peace of mind when the premises are unattended.
